Is this the notorious 'Jack the Ripper'?

A piece of "HMS Britannia" (The Royal Yacht)headed notepaper signed by Prince Albert Victor:

"Albert Victor Christian Edward"

and his younger brother "George Frederick Ernest Albert" (later King George V), in 1879.

Accompanied by a photograph of the two of themtogether onthe Royal Yachtand another of Albert Victor in uniform.

Albert Victor is widely thought to have been "Jack The Ripper", the Victorian serial killer.

Hedied in mysterious circumstances, adding to the conspiracy.

A very rare signature.
