This painting was accidentally found under a embroidery and brought from North China in Canada.

Oil on canvas. The canvas is mounted on paper board Rêvées and Sons, Ltd. Toronto,  Canada.

Company was in business in Canada and other countries selling her products, between 1876 to 1976.

Looks like British or Normandie paysage. Also  can be Ottawa, and Parliament Hill at his beginning. River is to small to be Ottawa. Painting is no signature. The painting went from USA to China 20 years ago.The person who brought in China has also used to live in Canada. So can be canadian artist.

I'm looking for some help to identify this artist or origin of the painting. The question is why a person hidden this painting if is no value?

Hope to get some help.
