Lot 695: Rare Delaware ink, watercolor, and cutwork marriage certificate for Timothy and Ann Denney, m. 1836, signed James Stayton lower right, adorned with eagles, a house, love birds, etc., and thirty-four verses, 16 1/4'' x 13''. Not examined out of frame. Scattered losses to sawtooth border. A few small tears. Minor scattered staining.
