Easter Eve, at Clifton Springs Sanitarium; Place Published: Clifton Springs, NY; Publisher: Room 105, Sanitarium; Date Published: Easter Sunday, 1886; Description: Broadside poem on fabric (satin/silk?). Approximately 20.5x11.5 cm (8x4½"), plus fringe on all sides.It is unclear whether "Kitten" was a cat or a person's nickname. The sanitarium was home to the Clifton Springs Water Cure promoted by Dr. Henry Foster. Condition: Light creasing and light wear; very good.
