'Last unopened can' of Creamola Foam listed on eBay
The 'last unopened can' of the much loved Scottish classic Creamola Foam that had the power to turn water into fizzy pop has been put up for sale on eBay by a couple who have decided it is 'time to let it go.'
Creamola Foam was the favorite of (mainly Scottish) children everywhere for years after it appeared on the market in the 1970s but the magic foam producing formula was lost after the company was bought up by in 2004 Nestle and then the Brands Partnership.
Roddy Nicoll and his wife Janice have put two cans of the drink up on eBay after Nicoll had to get rid of his massive collection of Scottish Confectionery memorabilia to move to Glasgow.
The original unopened tin dates back to the 1970s so the contents are likely to be inedible, but the more modern plastic version is from the 1990s which the couple admit they have sampled recently-and lived to tell the tale.
So far the bidding on the cans has reached £275.
