John F Kennedy signed letter on United States Senate headed paperJohn F Kennedy signed letter on United States Senate headed paper

A letter on the United States Senate headed paper dated 24th May 1957.

The letter reads in full: "Dear Mr. New, Many thanks for your letter of recent date. I do not know what you mean by saying that I go along with the ADA in most of their thinking. I would appreciate it if you would name the votes in which you disagree with me. In as much as you say you do not see why I am in favour of providing economic assistance to the people of Poland, I am enclosing a statement which I made on this matter, together with a copy of a letter which I forwarded to Secretary Dulles. With every good wish. Sincerely yours."

Neatly autographed by JFK in black ink at the close, the letter is in excellent condition, with two expected mailing folds, one of which touches 'y' in the signed surname. Kennedy's signature remains one of the most sought after.
