Gebrunder Kuner Cuckoo Clocks were produced by Gebrunder Kuner, was a twentieth century clock manufacturer based in Germany’s Black Forest region.

History & Description

Gebrunder Kuner (translated to the Kuner Brothers) was founded in the beginning of the twentieth century and was based in Schonach and Villingen, two small towns in the district of Schwarzbald-Baar in Baden-Württemberg in Southern Germany.

Who wrote this article? Although written some 2 years back with not a single response, I feel compelled to set the record straight. For beginners, the name Gebrunder Kuner should be realized as Gebruder Kuner, not association with the trade mark (G.K.)! However it's a commonly mistaken error due to the beginning letters matching with GK. Gebruder Kuner's trademark was and is very different. The GK tradmark in fact belongs to the firm of George Khule who filed for the this trademark on Dec. 14, 1
