Butter Churn History
Butter Churn History is a website designed to be of interest to collectors of butter churning equipment, with a particular emphasis on items made by Dazey.
The website is run by Butch and Dea Allen and contains a huge amount of information on rare and collectible butter churns.
The site stretches to 55 pages, each devoted to a different aspect of butter churn collecting.
The Dazey company’s equipment is the main focus of the website. There are a number of pages, each detailing a different variety of butter churn or related product made by the company. As well as text there are many colour photographs. Most items come with a price estimate although the authors do not mention the possibility of selling their collection.
The site has information on a number of other butter churn manufacturers, including English and German made butter churns, various types of wooden butter churns as well as water powered varieties.
