Basquiat Dustheads Christie's auctionDustheads is Basquiat's most valuable work, selling for $48.8m in May 2013

The sisters statejust seven of the works, drawn from the collection of Basquiat's ex-girlfriend Alexis Adler, were submitted tothe artist's estate to be authenticated- despite Christie's using the estate's logo on promotional material.

Allegedly Christie's also included a notice confirming the 50-strong collection of pieces were all authenticated, a claim the Basquiat sisters firmly dispute.
