The memorabilia will include Seddon's 1923 FA Cup winner's medal from the first ever game to be played at Wembley Stadium (estimated at 8,000-10,000).

A 1927 England International cap (estimated at 800-1,000) and a 1928-29 England International cap (estimated at 800-1,000) will also feature among the lots.

Seddon's memorabilia will sell alongside the second medal thrown into the crowds by Jos Mourinho at the end of the 2005-6 Premier League Season.

Mourinho's medal is predicted to bring 12,000-15,000.
