Unexploded WW2 bomb found in London
An unexploded WW2 bomb has been discovered in a building site close to the Westfield Shopping Centre in London.
The shell measured at around 13.5 inches and was discovered early this morning, forcing an evactuation of the centre and an exclusion zone of up to 400m.
The police have since confirmed that the situation has been resolved and Westfield London has since been reopened.
The discovery marks the third time a WWII bomb has been found in London this year.
