A stunning Wiltshire based countryside retreat which was given to Admiral Lord Nelson's family following his death in the Battle of Trafalgar has gone on the market for £12 million.

The spectacular property was renamed Trafalgar Park in honor of Nelson and was home to his family for 100 years but has more recently been used as a wedding venue and as the location for films such as Sense and Sensibility.

It was first built in 1733 and bears 100 rooms and spans 35,000 sq/ft.
