Lot 760: Boer War. Pair to Captain J.G.H. Whylock, Gloucestershire Regiment, Queen's South Africa 1899-1902, three clasps, Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal (Capt. J.G.H. Whylock. Glouc: Rgt.), King's South Africa 1901-02, two clasps (Cpt. J.G.H. Whylock. Glouc: Rgt.), light toning, extremely fine, with copied paperwork including a group photograph of the recipient in uniform dated 1906. Captain James Greetham Howard Whylock served during the Boer War from 1900-02 and was in command of Mounted Troops, Standerton.
