'Perfect' white diamond to auction at Sothebys
A 'perfect' 100 carat white diamond in a classic emerald cut is due to auction at Sothebys-and it could make $25 Million.
The diamond is an internally flawless D colour gem which Sotheby's say is considered 'perfect'.
There have been only 5 'perfect' diamonds over 100 carats to have been sold in the last 25 years, the last being a 118 carat oval cut stone which managed $30.6 million at Sothebys in 2013-a record for a white diamond.
The stone is to be sold on April 21st in New York.
