Vintage Tole Chandeliers
Vintage Tole Chandeliers are a style of chandelier made from hand-painted metal.
Brief history and description
Tole items were originally considered folk art, and are now considered to be incredibly fashionable and high-quality items among collectors.
Authentic vintage tole chandeliers typically feature some sort of naturistic design, such as snowflakes, flowers, butterflies, raindrops, birds, flower petals, and much more.
Guide for collectors
French-style tole chandeliers are considered to be more rare, but not necessarily the most valuable.
Restoration of a vintage tole chandelier is recommended, but only if there is noticeable damage. However, restoring a vintage tole chandelier may decrease its value.
