Lot 448: Three English pewter plates with wrigglework engraving, 18th/19th c., to include one with a central tulip decoration and a crowned rose maker's mark on verso, another decorated with a flower pot, bearing the mark of Thomas & Townsend Compton, and a plate by James Taudin, ca. 1700, together with an undecorated plate by Townsend & Compton, largest - 9 7/8'' dia. Taudin and Townsend & Compton- with considerable wear to surface. Tulip - pitting.
