1950s Italian High Back Armchairs
These chairs are just about out of date enough to look modern and stylish again. Made by Paolo Buffa at some point during the 1950s, the armchairs just ooze mid-century cool. The pair have been reupholstered and that is the only part showing wear.
Can't say for certain what the chairs are adorned with, but it looks like a soft fabric to me and the legs are an ebonized wood. Estimated value for the pair is $3,000-5,000 from Heritage Auctions.
