In this instance 'knock-off' doesn't mean 'fake', it's merely in reference to the the method of wheel attachment, popular on racing and sports cars in the 50s and 60s. The name comes from the fact these parts had to be knocked off with a mallet to remove a wheel. This one however is a paperweight masquerading as a knock off wheel though, with the prancing horse proudly in the centre. Artcurial are expecting the Ferrari paperweight to sell for €100-150.
