A fine and fresh mint block of four without gum. Vertical crease between impressions (causing split at top of margin) but inconsequential as it is a great rarity in this form, being one of only two plate blocks possible.

This very attractive series of definitive stamps feature a contemporary portrait of Queen Victoria and maple leafs in each of the corners.
