North Borneo Labuan 1891-92 6c on 8c deep violet, type 10 surcharge with 2mm space, complete sheet of 10 (5x2) with pantograph variety "No dot at lower left" at R2/5, all showing ERROR SURCHARGE INVERTED, except R1/3 showing SURCHARGE OMITTED, SG34a,f.

A fine mint sheet with large part original gum. Reduced margins, with offsetting on reverse and some separation, suitably reinforced, but still of fine appearance.

A spectacular and rare philatelic piece.

The design of these Queen Victoria head stamps are unique because of the incorporation of Arabic manuscript in Malay language, Chinese and English.
