North Borneo 1895-97 set of 8 to 24c Postage Dues, all from second overprinting with type D1 local overprint (now vertical on 18c) with 2-2¼mm space between words, perforations 14½-15 except 6c and 12c perforations 13½-14, SGD1,3,5/11.
A fine collection of selected used examples, the 2c (rose-lake) to 18c each with dated "KUDAT" circular date stamps, the 24c a fine horizontal pair on piece with part Sandakan circular date stamp.
A most attractive and scarce set of some of the most attractive pictorial designs from the British Commonwealth.
