CYPRUS 1882 '30 PARAS' on 1pi rose, SG24
Cyprus 1882 (22 May) '30 PARAS' on 1pi rose, type 9 surcharge, horizontal pair from positions 1-2 of the setting (confirmed by watermark line at left), attractively cancelled by crisp Larnaca squared circle on FIRST DAY OF ISSUE, leaving portrait entirely clear on right stamp, SG24.
A fine and exceptionally fresh used pair. Some minor blemishes (short perforations, tiny corner crease) but a scarce multiple cancelled on the first day of issue.
