Auctions America has announced full details of its Auburn Fall Collector Car Weekend.
The traditional Labor Day weekend event will take place across five days at the historic Auburn Auction Park in Indiana, in conjunction with the famous annual Auburn Cord Duesenberg (ACD) Festival.
“Auburn Fall is not only a Labor Day weekend tradition for the national collector car family, but also for the local community, and we encourage everyone to come out to the Auburn Auction Park for what promises to be another wonderful celebration of the automotive hobby, right here in our own backyard," said Megan Boyd, Car Specialist, Auctions America.
"With one of our most diverse auction lineups to date and an exciting range of other automotive-themed activities scheduled, the weekend certainly offers something for everyone."
The corral will feature more than 500 vehicles up for private sale, along with an auction offering 1000+ collector cars and related items of automobilia. As part of the auction, a 1994 Chevrolet Impala SS will be offered with proceeds benefitting the local Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum.
“As part of our commitment to give back to the local community in which we operate, we’re proud to be supporting the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum, with 100 percent of proceeds from the sale of the Impala SS set to benefit this important organization, a cornerstone of our local automotive scene,” said Boyd.
Further events include the popular annual swap-meet, professional Freestyle Sportbike shows featuring riders Kyle Sliger and Jesse Toler, NASCAR racing simulators and Roush Fenway Racing's interactive ‘Ultimate Race Fan Experience’, and NASCAR cars raced by stars such as Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon.
