Translation by Seamus Heaney to be released in 2016
A book which was being translated by the late Irish poet Seamus Heaney right up until his death in 2013 is to be released next year.
The book is a translation of Aeneid: Book VI which Heaney began working on in 1986 after his fathers death and continued right up until his own death in 2013, aged 74. .
The book concerns Aeneas's journey to the underworld and is said to have captivated Heaney as a schoolboy.
The new book is scheduled for March 2016 in the UK, and will be published in the United States by Farrar, Straus and Giroux.
