Tennessee Williams niece uncovers playwrights memorabilia

Tennessee Williams niece has found a wealth of memorabilia relating to the great playwright in her mother and fathers basement.

Francesca Williams recently returned to live in the house she grew up in to care for her parents. Upon clearing out the basement, she discovered a box of family photographs and letters that date back to the 1920's.

One of the photographs shows her father Dakin (Williams younger brother) standing with Marlon Brando in New York.

The box also contained letters from Williams wherin he discusses the ficklenes of fame and his sister Rose's mental illness.
