No. 810 of an unspecified limitation. First Edition.Signed by the author and the architect on the rear flyleaf. Gottlieb Eliel Saarinen (1873-1950) was a Finnish architect known for his work with European art deco buildings in the early years of the 20th century. In his latter years he moved to America and designed several notable buildings including the Kleinhans Music Hall in Buffalo, NY and the Des Moines Art Center. He is the father of Eero Saarinen, designer of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Condition: Light wear, name on endpaper; very good.
