(8vo) 22.5x13.5 cm (9x5 ?"), original blindstamped black cloth, spine lettered in gilt. Second Edition. Presentation copy inscribed in ink on front free endpaper, "Dr. J.I. Cohen, with the respects of his friend, P.J. Tyson." Expertly rebacked by book restorer Sandra Good, with original spine strip employed, though missing top 1"; glue residue on front pastedown from removed bookplate, postage stamp at top of that page; some internal aging, Derby map with repaired tear; very good.
