Cohen, with the respects of his friend, P.J. Tyson." Expertly rebacked by book restorer Sandra Good, with original spine strip employed, though missing top 1"; glue residue on front pastedown from removed bookplate, postage stamp at top of that page; some internal aging, Derby map with repaired tear; very good.
