Lot 603: Pankhurst (E. Sylvia). The Suffragette. The History of the Women's Militant Suffrage Movement, 1905-1910, reprint, June 1911, 32 photographic plates including portrait frontispiece, some light toning and finger soiling, upper outer corners of final leaves creased, signed by the author 'E. Sylvia Pankhurst' to front free endpaper and additionally signed by Elsie Lagsding with her address '4 Carters Terrace, Poplar' and 'Votes for women' inscribed beneath Pankhurst's signature, original cloth gilt, heavily rubbed, a little soiled and corners bumped, 8vo. Elsie Lagsding was a member of East London Federation of Suffragettes, an organisation set up by Sylvia Pankhurst.
