A plea for government assistance to aid the completion of the railroad to the Pacific, and various ancillary routes, touting the immense mineral wealth and other attributes of the lands that will be opened up. Booklet with spine expertly repaired, the whole creased vertically, light stain to lower front wrapper, very good. Provenance: PBA, 6/7/12.
