A History of British Birds, 6 vols., 1863-64, 358 hand-coloured plates, scattered light spotting, presentation label to front endpapers, with a loose 1 pp. autograph letter dated 1855 from Morris, thanking an unknown recipient about a note on the Quail which he intends to enter in a future edition, together with A Natural History of the Nests and Eggs of British Birds, 3 vols., 2nd ed., 1879, 232 colour plates, light spots front and rear, presentation label as above, t.e.g., both works uniformly bound by Larkins in contemporary tan half calf, spines with black labels and gilt decoration, edges a trifle rubbed, 8vo A handsome set.
