(8vo) period half leather and marbled cloth, raised bands and gilt on spine. First Edition.Presentation copy to Chief Justice Parker, per author's inscription. This scarce work includes some of Otis' letters, speeches, essays, and legal actions as well as biographical content about his education, family life, etc., and information about the pre-revolutionary period. Condition: Some wear and tear to binding; scattered foxing, a little darkening of pages; very good.
