Description: viii, ii,  pp. + 72 colored engraved plates, each with leaf of printed text and protective tissue interleaf. (4to) 27.5x21.5 (11x8½"), later calf-backed marbled boards, later endpapers. First atlas of cutaneous diseases from Willan with additions of newer dermatological diseases by Bateman. The plates appear to be partially printed in color and finished by hand. This copy with a second copy of the descriptive text for Plate 6 bound in at Plate 3 and the correct text leaf for Plate 3 lacking. Garrison Morton 3988; Wellcome II, p.144. Condition: Light wear to binding; light foxing within; very good.
