First Edition.Henry wrote this work later in life, and it was posthumously published. He recounts his experiences as a solider in the Revolutionary War, which left him injured throughout his career as a lawyer and judge. Condition: Front cover detached, half of title label on spine missing, general wear to leather and fraying at edges; round blue sticker affixed to upper corner of front free endpaper, text block and edges of pages darkened, scattered foxing; good in fair binding.
