First Edition. Binding State 4. The binding is Woodbridge's variant state 4 with the cover illustration of a man with a rifle and a dog in green silhouette but the lettering in red. Woodbridge 1; Sisson & Martens, p. 1; BAL 11869. Significant loss to white stamping on front and spine, binding shaken, rear hinge cracked, circulating libary stamp on front endpaper; good.
