An exhibition celebrating the 200th anniversary of Jane Austen's well loved novel 'Emma' is to be held near her former Hampshire home.
The exhibit is to be held at Chawton House Library and will examine how 'Emma', the fourth novel by Austen, became a global success. The exhibition will feature an English first edition of the novel, a first edition from the US and a first French translation, published in 1816. Emma at 200 will be open until September.
