DS, one page, 8 x 10.5, July 9, 1946. In full: "I confirm hereby the statements given by my brother, Magnus von Braun in his request of May 24, concerning the acknowledge of two departments." Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Wernher von Braun. In fine condition. Magnus von Braun, like his brother, emigrated to the United States via Operation Paperclip in 1945. A chemist by education, he worked at Fort Bliss, Texas and at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, before moving on to a career at Chrysler. Pre-certified Zarelli Space Authentication.
