O. Anderson, September 1940, issued by the US Department of Commerce and the Civil Aeronautics Administration; three World War II technical manuals issued by the War Department, entitled "Aircraft Electrical Systems (TM 1-406)," "Electrical Fundamentals (TN 1-455)," and "Aircraft Propellers (TN 1-412)"; an unsigned later printing of Aircraft Powerplant Manual by G.
