James Bond's DB-5 Jet from Octopussy
Perhaps one of the most surreal moments from the James Bond franchise comes from the 1983 movie Octopussy, when James Bond reveals that he has a BD-5 mini-jet disguised as a horse in the back of a horse box.
Now that very jet is up for auction- the BD-5 was a shortlived aircraft produced in the 70s but to this day holds the record for the lightest single engine aircraft at only 162.7kg.
The actual bond vehicle is up for auction at Julien's where it is expected to sell for anywhere between $200,000 and $300,000.
