There are two ways to view this: it's either a lovely 1930s Art Deco sculpture or an extremely extravagant cigarette lighter. Technically, it's both. The plane in question appears to be an early Spitfire, going by the shape of the canopy and the rear fin, but the fixed landing gear makes me wonder if it's one of Supermarine's earlier racing planes in the years leading up to the Spitfire. The stand itself looks like a bomb, which is frankly a little confusing in either respect! Estimated value is for €400 at Auctionata.
