The Partially Printed Document Is Issued By The New Appointed Bankers Of Treasury, Including J. Recamier, J. Fulchiron, A. Barrillon, L. Bastide, M. Desprez And L. Naurissart, And Addressed To Citizen Pichon, In His Capacity As Representative Of France And In Charge Of French Affairs To The United States In Philadelphia, Stating In Part 'Citizen, We Have The Honour To Inform You That From 21St May 1802, We Are In Charge Exclusively Of All The Different Services Supplied By The Treasury. We Have Issued A Public Deed Of Society Under The Name Bankers Of The Treasury.', Ending With 'You Will Find Hereafter Samples Of Our Signatures And Of Mr. Jouty'S Signature: We Direct You To Honour Only The Afore Mentioned Signatures'. To The Verso Bearing Six Signatures Alongside Their Printed Names And Pierre Jouty'S Signature As Money Holder For The Bankers Of The Treasury.
