Standard American Federation of Musicians contract between Reed and Vee Jay Records, Inc., for a recording session to be held at Universal Recording Studio in Chicago. Signed at the conclusion in ballpoint by Reed and countersigned by Vee-Jay cofounder James Bracken. Also bears several large ink and pencil office notations. Expected document wear and dampstaining to corners, otherwise fine condition.
