Lot 769: Vlasov Pavel: (1857-1935) Russian Painter. A.L.S., P. Vlasov, Three Pages, Small 8Vo, Teheran, 9Th March 1904, To Elena De Klevenov, In French. The Letter Bears To Upper Left Corner His Gold Embossed Monogramme. Vlasov Apologizes For His Late Payment, Explaining That He Only Received His Correspondent'S Letter Recently, Once Back In Teheran, Further Promising Regular And In Time Payments. Vlasov Concludes Reporting His Long Illness And Hard Time He Is Having. Accompanied By The Original Envelope, Partially Clipped, Hand Addressed By Vlasov, Bearing To The Verso A Black Wax Seal And His Gold Embossed Monogramme, Both With His Initials "P.V", With The Sender'S Name, Written In Another Hand, Reading 'Letter From Monsieur De Vlasov, Consul General At Teheran'.
