The Inventor'S Message Reads, In Full, 'Grateful To Your Excellency And Italian Scientists For The Kind, Flattering Telegram, But Extremely Sorry To Not Be Able To Be Present At The Very Important Meeting' Signed By Marconi In Full At The Conclusion And Again Signed With His Initials ('Gm') At The Base Of The Telegram.
