Lot 581: Striking matte-finish 10.5 x 13 formal portrait of Herbert with his arms crossed, signed and inscribed in the wide upper border in fountain pen, "Mr. and Mrs. Valentine, with all good wishes, Victor Herbert," with the fine addition of three bars from his opera "Natoma." In fine condition, with some spots of silvering to dark areas of the image.
