It has become one of my concerns under order of il Duce, who has its future very much at heart. I am talking about the Bocconi University of Milan. Recently, the INCET of Turin, for the third time, has made a request to the Interprovincial Commission for an allotment of 3.9 tons of copper from the Installazioni Elettriche Riunite of Rome. This material is needed to complete the conduits which provide illumination for the new building of the above-mentioned Bocconi University. The request in question is accompanied by the necessary document submitted by the Milan municipality." Central vertical and horizontal folds, an office stamp and notations, staple holes and a rusty paperclip mark to upper left corner, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a full translation.
