Joachim Thanks His Correspondent For Her Charming Note And Adds That He Is Delighted She Is Better And Can Attend A Rehearsal At Crystal Palace, Although Remarking '€¦.Alas, I Am Not To Play There Any More…' However Continuing 'I Must Come Some Day And Play At Your House, And I Will Let You Know When There Is The Rehearsal For The Concert In Aid Of The Blind At St. James'S Hall, Some Time About The 16Th March'. In A Postscript The Violinist Confirms That The Concert Will Include Beethoven'S Concerto With Mr. Mann'S Band. Lightly Mounted And With A Few Slight Glue Stains To The Corners Of The Second Page, Only Very Lightly Affecting A Few Words Of Text But Not The Signature.
