Lot 345: Youngest passenger on board the Titanic (1912-2009). ALS signed "Millvina," one page both sides, 5.5 x 8.25, personal letterhead, May 26, 1994. Letter to Philip, in full: "Thank you for your letter and cheque. Herewith postcards duly signed. I don't remember anything about Northam School, but as you know things are always so hectic at the Convention that I probably forget all kinds of things! I'm not sure about any dates in September yet. Bruno and I have just cancelled our usual May holiday in Devon because I have a very bad back, and so we have said we will go sometime in September, and my Canadian cousin is also coming over sometime then, so I'm not sure of anything yet. Now, can you tell me who gave me an engraved glass, because when Mrs. Haisman's daughter gave it to me and said something about 'Brian' I thought she meant Brian Freihurst, but he knows nothing about it. Do you? I want to thank whoever gave it to me. All for now. Hope Pat is well." In fine condition.
