Stroheim Sends His Correspondent A Copy (No Longer Present) Of 'Certain Critical Suggestions, In Connection With Various Items Of Uniform For Cadets At Black-Foxe Military Institute' And Further Remarks 'It Is Appreciated That The First Year Of Bfmi Was Experimental And I Am Certain Eight Out Of Ten Parents Would Be Willing To Conform To New Regulations; Most Of The Boys Are Developing So Rapidly That Replacements Are An Expected Item Of Expense And Then A Great Deal Of The Existing Outfit Can Be Used In Its Entirety Even Though Changes Are Made'.
