Painting bought for £350 could be worth £10 Million
A painting that was bought for just £350 in Co Down Northern Ireland is thought to be by Edward Hooper and it could be worth as much as £10 Million.
Blair Mooney, who co owns the painting, is offering a £2,600 reward to anyone who can offer information on the piece that will lead to a final authentication.
Mooney bought the piece in 2007 believing it to be an early example of Hoopers 'Study of High Noon' and has since spent $50,000 trying to authenticate it.
