A eye-opening selection of antique & vintage slot machines and arcade games will star at Victorian Casino Antiques’ winter auction on January 19-20.

An array of coin operated floor games, tabletop games, slot machines and gambling apparatus, some dating from over a century past, will be open for bids with the generously wide estimates that VCA place on their lots.

Highlights include a circa 1910 5-cent cast-iron Watling Colour Match countertop two-wheel gambling machine with a side-mount mint gum vendor, with an estimate of $12,000-$80,000.

A circa 1907 Mills Novelty Violano Virtuoso Musical Entertainment coin-operated machine is valued at $16,000-$160,000.

A decorative 5-cent Caille’s Big Six upright slot machine with music and keys is expected to sell between $10,000 and $100,000.

An astonishing English coin operated full team football console arcade game, an early version of tabletop soccer housed in a wooden cabinet, is valued at $2,000-$20,000.

A wonderful selection of tabletop slot machines are available, a 5-cent Mills Novelty Q. T. Dial Bell slot machine in an airplane/space motif, plus mint vendor on the side, is valued at $1,200-$12,000.

A circa 1955 25-cent Mills Novelty Golden Doll Hi-Top Golden Nugget slot machine, in the shape of a one-armed bandit/cowboy, is valued at $1,000-$10,000.

A circa 1931 1-cent Jennings Little Duke twin jackpot reserve fruit slot machine is valued at $600-$6,000.

In addition, a selection of non-mechanical gambling items, from faro tables to six wheels, to handheld devices, will complement the machines on offer. This auction presents a winter wonderland for antique game and gambling collectors.
